Theme Weeks
At Oldfield Park Infants we hold at least two Theme Weeks during each school year. During these weeks we either focus on an aspect of the curriculum such as art or science or take a cross curricular theme. Our weeks over the past few years have included 'Every Picture Tells A Story' (Art Week) ; 'Scales, Fins and Fire' and 'The World In our Kitchen.' This year we have already enjoyed a Book Week which took the form of a 'Giant Adventure' and we are looking forward to celebrating the Olympics.
