Each year at Oldfield Park Infants' school we plan two theme weeks, one during the Spring and one in the Summer.
We choose a topic that we are all interested in and organise a whole week of special events to enrich the curriculum and broaden the children's experiences. These often involve visitors coming to our school to share their expertise with us, or we make visits to places of special interest. We also like to dress up if possible on the last day.
