Christmas 2007 Special Edition

Reception Christmas Celebration 2007

The children and staff in Green and Red classes are hard at work preparing to share their own version of the Christmas message ‘The First Christmas’ with each other, families and friends of the school.

The performance for parents of Reception (Red and Green Classes) is on :

Thursday December 6^th at 10.00am

Our hall will only take a limited audience and there is a limit to the number of chairs we can provide !

In order to try and be fair to everyone we have to limit space to two tickets per family for the main performance.

The tickets are attached to this letter. If you do not need both tickets we would be grateful if you could return them to the school office by Friday November 30^th so that they can be given to families who would really like an extra place. If you would like an extra ticket please sign the list outside your child’s class and we will do our best. There will probably be some extra space at the Tuesday performance too.

Pre School Performance

There will be an additional performance on :

Tuesday December 4^th at 1.45pm

This performance is especially for younger brothers and sisters. We do ask that this is the only performance that pre school children attend so that the remaining performance can take place with the least amount of noise.

To help us plan numbers for this performance please collect tickets from your child’s class teacher.

At all celebrations

Cameras and Videos : if you do wish to record the play please be as discreet as possible

and take care not to block the view of others. We will be taking some group photos which will be available to order after Christmas.

(Please note : if your family normally receives more than one newsletter the tickets will be attached to the one given to your child. We have to rely on you to share them fairly.)
