Florence Nightingale - We met Florence Nightingale and she told us all about her time in the Crimean War.
Farm Viait - We went to Farmer Ed's farm (Henley Tyning farm) and explored the outdoors. We had real fun in the barn!
Shadow puppets - We designed and made our shadow puppets and then put on our own puppet show!
Pizza - We made pizza's by kneeding the dough, adding our toppings and cooking them. Then we ate them together. Yum Yum!
SS great britain - We went to the SS Great Britain as part of our topic about Isambard Kingdom Brunel. We got to see inside the ship and dress in old fashioned clothes. It was great fun. We even got to see the bottom of the ship!
Iron Man - For our book week we learned all about The Iron Man by Ted Hughes. We made our very own Iron Man in the class room. He was almost 10 feet tall!
